Welcome Committee

 

 

Moving into a new community, especially one that is fundamentally different from what you are accustomed to (i.e.: Over 55, HOA versus freestanding, etc.) can be daunting and stressful.  BAV appreciates that and has a robust committee to address it.  The Welcome Committee will reach out to formally introduce you to the BAV community.  They will review the various programs and amenities that are available, rules and the need to adhere to them, and highlight some of the various retailers and points of interest in the surrounding area.
